Khloe's Fondant Cake

The week before Khloe's birthday, Khloe's yaya was hospitalized and we're not even sure, until now if she'll ever come back..  I already planned on making Khloe's cake, it's a good thing my Tita was here to help out, so I was able to make the cake!  :)
I made a 2 tier cake, the base cake was chocolate pound cake while the top was styro! 

I made Wilton buttercream with cream cheese for frosting, I used marshmallow fondant this time 'cause I heard that it's easy to make, and it was, it didn't take me long to put it on the cake. 
I wasn't able to make a Barney figure ('cause it's hard!!!), so I decided to use his colors instead (purple, green and yellow).

For the cupcakes, I made vanilla flavored cupcakes.  I just used colorful cupcake cups and some sprinkles.

Mango Cheesecake Bars

Hubby's been requesting for mango cheesecake, so I made him cheesecake bars.  This time I added walnuts to the crust.  It's much better.. Yum!

Red Velvet Squares

I made another Red Velvet Cake.. And I cut them into squares so it'll be easier to eat! :)  Oh my.. I'm gonna get BIG!!

18th Birthday Cake

I made my first 18th birthday cake, this is for Ms. Lorraine.  Thank You!

It's a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and cream cheese frosting.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

I made red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for kuya Kian for his Gold Medal.  Of course, I colored the frosting red, it's his favorite color!  I loved the way it turned out super moist and not so sweet, just enough to add the frosting. Yum, yum! 

They liked it! Yey! :)

My Mango Cheesecake!

I made mango cheesecake for hubby 'cause he's been requesting for a cheesecake.  Since it's Valentines Day I decided to make it extra special.
