Kian's 6th Birthday!

Our morning was spent decorating cupcakes that Kian asked instead of a cake.. Yun pala, he wanted to decorate, and give some to his teachers..  I baked some chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting!

After his school, we went to SM, to buy hamsters!  And then, went to Trinoma to have dinner at Dencio's which he requested of course!

The next day, Saturday, he wanted to eat at Causeway.. Super favorite ang siomai!!!!

Kian & Andi's 1st Movie Experience!

Hubby bought Kung Fu Panda 1 for Kian and Andi to watch, to get them ready for Kung Fu Panda 2!!  It will be their first movie house experience..  Hubby and I were so excited!!

The movie house at Promenade was packed! (thank goodness for reserved seats!)  They enjoyed the movie!!!  They were laughing so hard, so was everybody.. 

Our movie time just got expensive..  Hehehee!

Losing a Tooth

Kian lost his first tooth last Saturday, it's been wiggling for weeks and it just fell off last Saturday.  Maybe it was because of being matakaw? Ahihihi!  Recently, he wants to bite all his ulam, he doesn't want us to cut them..  We asked him if it hurts, he said no.  So, no worries! :)  I was wondering though, why it started wiggling, and I found this;

The average child gets his first baby tooth at age six months and then gets three to four new teeth every three to four months. This continues until the second molars erupt at about age two to two and a half years, at which time your child should have all twenty baby teeth.

If your child got his first tooth early or finished getting all of his baby teeth early, then he might start losing his baby teeth early too. On the other hand, if he didn't get his first tooth until age twelve or fifteen months, then he might be a little later than average in shedding or losing his first tooth.

Once he does start losing his teeth, the pattern will seem like a reverse of how these baby teeth came in. He should first lose the bottom two middle teeth, which are called the mandibular central incisors. Next, the top two middle teeth will fall out, followed by his canines, first molars, and then second molars. By age eleven to thirteen, the process should be complete and all of his baby teeth will be gone.

So, that's why.. Atleast I know we're on the right track!  Although Khloe doesn't a any tooth yet?? She's already 8 months old..  Oh well, we'll just wait. 

Wii Resort

Proud of him!

We got Kian's card last week, he's still 1st Honor.  As a promise, we bought him Wii resort! Not that he actually needs a bribe to get him to school, just an extra to keep him going and not get bored of learning.  Wii is such a fun game, add the Wii resort and it'll be more exciting.. You'll get active!  It's also a good exercise and good for family bonding, never boring.  I'll take a video of the kids nga playing Wii.. They look so cute! Hehehe!

Pre-school Culminating Activity 2011 (NDGM)

We joined the graduation of the Kinder 2 because Kuya Kian got a Gold Medal for Best in Oral Reading!  So proud of him!  His goal for Kinder 2, to get all the Gold Medals he could possibly get!  Especially Best in Math, now he wants to enroll at Kumon.  He’s the best!  And he chose his dad to go up the stage to receive the medal, such a proud daddy! 

Kian won the Best in Oral Reading Contest!

I'm soo proud of my son!!! He won the Best in Oral Reading in Kinder Level (I think?). (Although he's a bit sad because he didn't win the Best in Math contest, but it'll pass.. I told him he can join again next year so he'll have much more time to prepare).

He was so excited to tell us the good news.. We asked him what he wanted as a prize, he said he just wants to play wii all day even on school day. We said, okay, but just for 1 week. And he also wanted to eat at Gerry's, one of his favorite resto because they have beef casserole! Buti na lang he's easy to please.
