Review: Regenesis Radio Frequency

Last night, I was scheduled for my Radio Frequency at Regenesis the Face and Body Boutique which I bought from Ensogo for only P400.00 valued at P3,000.00 and expires on September. 

I just read my voucher 'cause I was wondering why they only treated me for 30 minutes..  No time was indicated on the voucher though, but at Envie Slim and Sculpt, they treated me for 45 minutes.  Sayang naman ang 15 minutes.. Oh well, baka ganun talaga sa kanila..  But it was soo fast.  After my session, they measured me again and I lost 3cm., Wasn't big, but that's okay, I was more into getting firmer skin. 

But now I'm thinking it's not so sulit to go there just for my session, as they're located at Metrowalk and I live in Caloocan.. Layo..  I have 3 more vouchers pa..

There was no side effect after my session, just no cold water for me for the next 3 days, I should workout now..  They say it's more effective.

Losing Weight

Finally, I lost 10lbs!  Whew!  That wasn't easy..  I decided to take it seriously when everybody was telling me "ang taba taba mo na" (even though I just gave birth to my third child!), it was annoying and made me feel really sad..  I know, it's not an excuse.. Khloe was 6 months old then, I can start my diet and workout! 

So I started doing hip hop abs, 5x a week and badminton 3x a week.  Whenever I don't feel like doing them, I had to drag my ass and remind myself the benefits; the cute little dresses (i hate it pag nag ask sa saleslady ng big size.. it makes me sad parin), food rewards sa weekends (ayaw ni hubby ng diet, di naman daw ako sasali sa contest!).  Complete with my gym outfit, my portable TV and I'm off!  (to our room, that is! walang time magpunta sa gym and mas comfy sa house, todo bigay!)..  

It was really hard at first, but when I lost some weight, it gave me back my driving force!  This time, it was hard to stop!  My body craves for the exercise, the sweat and all.  My tummy got used to the small portions that I eat, it’s also because I don't want to get back all the pounds that I lost!  Hihihi! 

Now that I reached my goal, 10lbs lost!  I'm tamad na.. Hahaha!  Bad! I'm back to eating SOME sweets and I can eat more rice kahit hindi weekends, but still keeping up with my routine. Now, I'm just toning down and hopefully I can re-schedule my next Radio Frequency soon..

Barrio Fiesta!

Thanks to Ebay, we had a discounted dinner at Barrio Fiesta.  Yummy!!! Hubby and Kian' favorite!  Actually, it's everybody's favorite!  I ate too much.. Huhuhu!  And we still have 2 coupons left, so we'll be eating more later.  We bought a P700.00 worth of voucher for only P350.00, you'll pay P120.00 to ebay and the remaining balance at the Barrio Fiesta Branch.  I bought it 'cause I thought you can order the combos but not.  You can only order from their a la cart menu.  The vouchers will expire on March 13, so I guess we'll be eating a lot this weekend.. But it's okay, we enjoyed the food!  And tomorrow I'm scheduled for my 3rd  and last Radio Frequency at Envie Slim and Sculpt.

Had my 2nd session from Envie Slim and Sculpt, I had the Radio Frequency.  I lost another half inch, this treatment was a bit uncomfortable 'cause it gets really hot.  You'll need to stop every once in a while.  But I have high tolerance in pain so I think others will have a hard time using this.  No pain, no gain, right?  Oh well, in the name of BEAUTY!  :)

After the treatment I went home and did 2 hip hop abs exercises, 'cause they said it helps more if you exercise after the treatment while the "fats" are still soft for 48 hours.  And no cold drinks for 14 hours.. So I still need to exercise tomorrow morning and then play badminton at lunchtime.  Whew! That's a lot of hard work.. I currently weigh 116lbs, I need to lose 6lbs more.. I'm okay, I'm getting hooked with my exercise!  It can be addictive once you've seen results.

Therma Shape! -REVIEW

Took my little Andi to her ballet class  at Halili yesterday and then hubby brought me to Envie Slim and Sculpt for my scheduled ThermaShape at 2pm.  Everyone was friendly and accomodating, but they couldn't give me my ThermaShape session because it was still being used.. So they said, instead of waiting for it, they'll just give me the LipoXpress.  So I asked, what is that? Is that better than ThermaShape? How much is it?  

Lipo-X ( Ultrasonic Cavitation) is a , painless,  non-invasive medical treatment that dissolves localized fat through the application of selective focused ultrasound waves. The emission of ultrasound on the skin's external surface procedure creates pressure in the liquid surrounding the fat cells, generating micro-bubbles (cavities) around each fat cell to separate them individually and then later, cavitation occurs within the cells.

These exceedingly high pressure permanently destroy the fat cells, once they are eliminated they are out for good.
