Radio Frequency

Had my 2nd session from Envie Slim and Sculpt, I had the Radio Frequency.  I lost another half inch, this treatment was a bit uncomfortable 'cause it gets really hot.  You'll need to stop every once in a while.  But I have high tolerance in pain so I think others will have a hard time using this.  No pain, no gain, right?  Oh well, in the name of BEAUTY!  :)

After the treatment I went home and did 2 hip hop abs exercises, 'cause they said it helps more if you exercise after the treatment while the "fats" are still soft for 48 hours.  And no cold drinks for 14 hours.. So I still need to exercise tomorrow morning and then play badminton at lunchtime.  Whew! That's a lot of hard work.. I currently weigh 116lbs, I need to lose 6lbs more.. I'm okay, I'm getting hooked with my exercise!  It can be addictive once you've seen results.

Summer Vacation!!!!!

Time flies so fast..  It's as if it was just yesterday that we’re getting ready for Christmas, and now, it’s SUMMER!!  But it’s kind’a late though.  Kian’s end of class will be on March 31, while Andi is on March 25.  Oh what the hell!  It’s still gonna be a vacation!!!!  No more early morning preparations for school!! Hmm.. but I still have to wake up early for my 7month old baby Khloe.. Hihihi!  It’s okay, more time with the kids of course, until they get tired of us..  I hope not!

But they will surely miss school, they love going to their school.  Andi and Kian have different attitude towards school, it’s like they built their own world there that us, their parents can’t go.  In a good way though, ‘cause they have high respects to their teachers, they STRICTLY follow teacher’s and the school’s rules!  I wish I was like that when I was at school..

My kids never want to be late!  They always get mad at us whenever we’re late, or forgot to bring something at school, they don’t like their baon (then don’t like biscuits as baon! Hahaha!).  That’s why I make sure that we go to school on time, with lots of time play before and after school (they like hanging out at school), check on their school stuff so they won’t forget anything (but we’re teaching Kian to be more responsible, now he’s like “mommy, I have an assignment” every hour! Kulit! But it’s all right, he knows I’m forgetful!) Haay, love them to bits! 

Things to do this SUMMER:

• Look for more affordable summer fun activities for the family (so kuripot!)
• Look for Kian’s summer activity
• Choose a school for Andi (NDGM or St. Mary’s?)
• Lose more weight (“,)

This March 19, Kian will join the graduation of Kinder 2 because he got a Gold Medal for “Best in Oral Reading”.  He chose his dad to come up the stage with him, so proud of him!  

We still have lots of stuff to do before the end of school! 

Elegant Secrets :REVIEW

Thanks to Ensogo, we were able to try Elegant Secrets at Timog Avenue, Brgy. Laging Handa Quezon City.  We bought 2 vouchers for a foot spa, foot scrub, pedicure and 30-minute massage for only Php250.00 from the original price of Php600.00.  

The front desk was alright, it was dim but it sets the mood.  Then, they took us to our chairs, the place was kind of messy and crammed with all their stuff, it was not a relaxing place.  It's a good thing they took us to another room, it has 4 very relaxing chairs, but they didn't have enough magazines though.  I like to read magazines while having my foot spa.

It was worth our Php250.00, but not if we bought them for Php600.00.  The experience was okay, it was just described with lots of treatments but it was just a foot spa with pedicure.  California Nails and Day Spa can do this too, their pedicure has a little scrubbing too I think for only Php240.00.  The receptionist was accommodating but I didn't like the girl that did my treatment, she was always looking at my feet with dismay.. It was kind of rude 'cause she didn't even told what was bothering her, she just told my nail technician her problem.  Oh well, i didn't bother asking her what was it, 'cause we're not coming back.  California is better.

Therma Shape! -REVIEW

Took my little Andi to her ballet class  at Halili yesterday and then hubby brought me to Envie Slim and Sculpt for my scheduled ThermaShape at 2pm.  Everyone was friendly and accomodating, but they couldn't give me my ThermaShape session because it was still being used.. So they said, instead of waiting for it, they'll just give me the LipoXpress.  So I asked, what is that? Is that better than ThermaShape? How much is it?  

Lipo-X ( Ultrasonic Cavitation) is a , painless,  non-invasive medical treatment that dissolves localized fat through the application of selective focused ultrasound waves. The emission of ultrasound on the skin's external surface procedure creates pressure in the liquid surrounding the fat cells, generating micro-bubbles (cavities) around each fat cell to separate them individually and then later, cavitation occurs within the cells.

Just Go With It!

Watched this movie last night with hubby. I was hoping this movie is worthy, of us leaving the kids at home, I wasn’t that sure about this movie because of Adam Sandler.  I’m not a fan of Sandler’s humor and crazy antics.  But hubby’s a fan, I like Jennifer and we haven’t seen a movie in a while, so we went.  

It was worth it!  Adam Sandler's (Danny) jokes worked with Jennifer Aniston (Katherine).  It was so funny and romantic!  I think I even laughed at the corny jokes?! They looked good together, and Jennifer Aniston is still HOT!!  Okay, Brooklyn Decker (Palmer) was hotter, dapat lang! She's so much younger noh!  I almost forgot about Nicole Kidman (Devlin Adams), she looked great!  And her abs.. OMG! I want!!  She's really a good actress because she can do any character and gives integrity to it no matter what.  You’ll also see familiar faces ‘cause they’ve been on Adam’s other movies all Happy Madison Productions.

So go ahead and watch it! So good! =) Just go with it!

Empire Deli's Grand Opening

Photofun has an event for the grand opening of Empire Deli at The Venice Piazza.  It was a family event so we were also invited to try the new restaurant. We went there early so they can set up the photobooth in time.  While me and Kian waited at the playground, he loved it there 'cause there's a swing and lots of other kids that he can play with.  It was too windy!

Since it was a family event the Empire Deli had Inflatables,

snow cones, cotton candy and ice cream for the guests

They even invited the Philippine All Star Dancers to perform, they were really good! OMG! The girls were so so good! Their hips can move on its own! Hahahaha! Forgot to take a video though, 'cause I was so amazed with their performance.

Some of the Talk and Text basketball players (forgot their names!) were there too, they even had a sandwich eating contest.  The winner got Php 20,000.00 and will give it to charity.  

I don't have pictures with them 'cause I'm too shy to ask.  I hope next time I won't be.. 

Here are some of the burgers that we tried, hubby tried their specialty burger 50/50, because it has 50% beef patty and 50% bacon, and it has an egg too. I'm not a fan of this one, it was juicy but bland.. i think the patty lacks more spices I guess, and I didn't even notice the bacon.. 

I forgot the name of this sandwich but it has ham, cheese, caramelized onions and pulled pork.  I kinda' like this one but too messy to eat..  the fries was okay tastes like frenchies?? The veggie salad was good though, I like its sweet and sour taste.

Their food was okay, I think it needs more identity.. the flavor was too common you can get it anywhere.  We were expecting a more flavorful burger, 'cause it was their specialty.  


Anyway, we had fun. By the way, there are pigeons at 5 in the afternoon and you can feed them!  Kian got excited about it, and waited for them.  Cute!

Photo Session

After Andi's parade, we had an idea to bring Andi to Great Image at SM North EDSA. Sayang naman atleast we'll have a nice picture of her before we return the gown. When we went to Great Image, the place had frames hanging all over the wall. As I was talking to the receptionist, one of the frames fell off and Andi was there. It was her fault, so I panicked and got mad. The management told us to pay for it, so I called up hubby and told him what happened. Then he came, talked to the management and told them that we're not paying them 'cause it was their fault for putting the frames where the kids can reach them. They were asking us to pay Php1000! It's a good thing hubby was calm and very reasonable for not paying them.. Told them if they'll still ask money if our daughter got hurt. I think they pretty much got our point so they just asked for our numbers, then we went out!

Our last chance for a decent photo session was at Peek a Boo. I hate it there 'cause we always end up getting lots of copy of the photo session 'cause all of the photos are so pretty!! We want to have them all! :) But the photos are gonna be ready in two weeks so I don't have anything to post yet.  She wore all her dresses from her Little Mr. & Ms. Sacred Heart Contest.

Hubby remembered a photographer friend Emer Meneses, so he called him up and asked for a photo session at home, he said yes! So here are some of the photos!

Andi's Parade

Last Thursday was Andi's Parade for her Little Mr. and Ms. Sacred Heart. Woke up early again to fix her hair and make up, and this time she's going to wear her Wonder Woman costume.  The theme of their float was superhero.  Of course everybody was really excited, we already brought the truck to our partner The Abads (because they were 4th Placers too) because they'll be the one to design the truck. 

We were kinda' hoping for a nice float but we were surprised that it was too simple.  We were in charge of the truck, and our partner will be designing the truck.  If only we knew, we could have helped them with the float.  Oh well, as long as the kids are happy, we're happy.  


But as soon as we got at the school, Andi was not in the mood (as always).  She was being masungit to everyone.  She wasn't smiling at the teachers or the camera. . 

And then I just bribed her with a candy.. Now, she's smiling! Hehehe!

With the supportive kuya, woke up early to join the parade.  It's a good thing his class starts at lunch.


It was a fun parade, Thank God for the nice weather.  It wasn't sunny just cool enough for the kids.  It made the parade so much easier for everyone.
