Peanut Butter Rolls

I've been searching for more recipes to prepare for baon for my kids..  There are lots of recipes out there but I don't think they'll still be fresh 'til their break time..
Until I saw some recipes at babble.com, like this "Lunch Box Sushi Roll" or peanut butter sandwich, no need for a new recipe, you just need to be more creative!  They might attract your picky eaters and it's fun to make!
Here's what you'll need:
white bread – crusts removed
peanut butter
What to do:
1. Using a rolling pin, flatten bread.
2. Spread approximately 1 tablespoon peanut butter onto slice of bread.
3. Tightly roll up. Cut into slices. Continue until you have desired amount of “sushi” rolls.

Enjoy!
